Dr.Nancy Cavan and her staff are top notch. They are professional and kind. They have cared for our 3 goldens since their birth, and our various cats for many years, and I cannot imagine going elsewhere. We lived within 20 minutes years ago, but moved 1 hour away over 5 years ago and we continue to drive there because of the excellent care. When faced with the most difficult decision of knowing when the right time to send your pet to Rainbow Bridge, the staff is incredible. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic clinic and staff. Dr.Nancy Caven & Dr.Greg Stevenson are wonderful vets. They have treated all our dogs for the past 4 years as well as our goats. They give exceptional care, have a good clinic and I never feel ripped off when I walk out. The staff are friendly, kind and knowledgeable, especially Tara and Joanne. Its a bit of a hike if you live in Ottawa, but well worth the drive in my opinion. Highly recommend them!
