	10/21/11	1	1	1	1	DR.IBRS IS A MAN OF FEW WORDS. THERE IS ALWAYS A LONG WAIT AND IT TAKES JUST A FEW MINUTES IF THAT TO WALK OUT WITH A HUGE UNAFFORDABLE BILL. PLUS YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOUR ANIMAL BECAUSE HE WALKS OUT BEFORE HE EXPLAINS. I WILL NEVER GO TO HIM AGAIN.
