My dog Copper got very sick. He stopped drinking and eating for 3 days. I bring him to Rexdal Animal Hospital in Etobicoke were I visited this clinic for 7th years. This vet Dr B (owner) refused treatment because I told him I pay next week. Instead he gave me invoice how much money cost to staying in his clinic. Ass clown without heart and love to the animals!Never visit this clinic and if you love your pet run away from this clinic!Anyway I was devastated. I called so many vets. They say "no".Finnaly I called Dr Agnes. It is huge distance but I have nothing to loose She said bring him right now She let him stay in her clinic did everything to save his life Suddenly my dog passed away HE received help to late If you wanna fill save for your pet health and help choose Dr Agnes From my experience trust her Price is really reasonable She is really animal lover!She is really vet Thank You for amazing care And thank Your wonderful staff ??????

This past Wednesday, my wife and I had the unfortunate task of having our Chocolate Labrador (Raider) at 12 and half years old euthanized. I don’t think we could have chosen a better animal clinic/hospital to have this done. Dr. Agnes and her assistant were fantastic throughout the whole procedure. They were both so caring and considerate of us and Raider. You could see they both truly love dogs by the way they treated Raider right to the end. At the very end of the procedure, Dr. Agnes actually kissed Raider on the head and her assistant had to wipe away tears. This blew me away. It was a very peaceful and loving way to go. Our sincere gratitude to you both!

Dr. Agnes is awesome! Not only did my dog love her but she listened and understood my concerns. I have been to many veterinarians (most try to upsell/cross sell/ shame you into treatments)....she did not. She listened to the course of action I wanted to take with my dog and didn't make me feel badly for not wanting to spend my last dollar in treatment options. She was very kind and compassionate. I will go back happily...and my dog loved her so that really says it all!!!

I really like this vet...have tried a lot of vets in the past and unlike them, he seems really genuine and sincere, which is so important. Also, he doesn't try to upsell, and not overly expensive. Will definitely go back!

Vet doesn't listen to what clients have to say. He constantly interrupts you when you try to speak and has no idea what he's talking about in terms of nutrition he just tries to push the products on the shelf. Staff was ok but he treats them like they don't know what they're doing and you can tell its frustrating. Will not be going back here

I was really pleased with my experience at this clinic- from the appointment booking process right to the end of the visit. Receptionist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and great with my pet. Fair prices, quality service - I'll be back!

I wouldn't go back to this clinic. Found it incredibly expensive and the staff (and the vet!) didn't really seem to know what they were doing/ talking about. Found out later that he was a vet with the Askey Animal Hospital group - and I REFUSE to use them. I'll be taking my cat elsewhere from now on.

My dog had a chronic condition and took him to this hospital. The doctor was friendly and effectively diagnosed the problem. Staff is great too. Great service overall, highly recommend it!

Nice guy but really has no idea what he's doing. Clinic just opened and I took my dog there a few times. Both times I spent no less than 400 for consultations on a hot spot. Seems to question himself a lot. The one girl who worked at the front desk when the clinic opened actually knew what she was talking about but she seems to be gone now! I wouldn't trust them with my animal ever again.
