	10/24/11	1	2	1	1	This place is terrible! The receptionists don't smile and are rude. The vet has absolutely no people skills and is hard to deal with and nasty and rude. I have had 2 terrible encounters with this guy and will never go back. I now drive 2 hours to see a great vet with a great team. Service is everything. I know I am not the only one who feels this way
