Compassionate veterinarian. Excellent result. Superior Skill & Training. Staff caring and willing to keep you updated 24/7. Animals never left unattended. To my way of thinking, Dr. Hay is the finest small animal orthopedic surgeon in the area. He operated on my Yorkshire Terrier for a Patella Luxation and torn tendon. Following the aftercare instructions our dogs leg healed wonderfully well. She no longer limps or whimpers when running or jumping.
