Staff extremely friendly. Always ready to assist in care of pet. My dog was miss diagnosed bBy Another Vet. and I took my dog to Dr. Bill and he found the problem , but checked results out twice before diagnosing. My dog had extreme liver disease,and should have been on medication a year ago in hopes to improve liver. By this time it was gone to far. Surgery had to be done to remove gallbladder and get a biopsy of the liver. My dog did not make it ,but during the days after surgery I was allowed to visit my pet at any time. The care given to her in my absence ,I found to be fantastic . Finally I had to make a hard decision during this time., all yes all staff were compassionate and understanding.At the time to put her down , a slow and gentle procedure was done. No pain for the dog just fell asleep then she was free of pain as I was with her to the end. This vet is the only one who has a caring heart and attitude. Priscilla A Gleerup
