The main Vetrinarian is very knowledgeable and extremely good with my pet, but the receptionist (Lola?)is so miserable its rather awful to walk in the building most days. If I ask a question I always feel cheap becasue i didn't book an expensive appointment to discuss it with the Vet. I don't remember ever wanting to change important services like this as a result of a tech/receptionist, but in this case I probably will. There is a serious barier most days sitting at the door (though not when Dr Seguin is around which is interesting - the mood change is dramatic!). Its too bad - this practice could be really good....
