DON'T TAKE YOUR PET HERE! My 8 year old dog had no medical problems until Dr Lexi Rugg got her hands on her. Dr Rugg wanted to keep her overnight for tests. $12,000 later I picked up a fully bandaged dog. I removed the bandage at home and it horrified me. She had pulled her skin and fur off and whip stitched it back. When I confronted her I noticed that all the animals in the waiting room had bandages. Most owners like me were too shocked at the time to put it together. I have met many people now who share this horrifying experience from Dr Lexi Rugg at Valley Animal Hospital. My dog will never be the same.

If you want to pay for services your pet does not need and be hustled for medications that aren't necessary, this is the place to go. So many unnecessary procedures performed on a daily basis for the sole purpose of charging the client. Don't let this vet fool you. Animals are stuffed into cramped cages where they lie in their own waste throughout the day and medicated improperly.
