NIGHTMARE! DANGEROUS FOR UR PETS! Staff seems nice until actual time with the Vet. I have a little Yorkie. I needed kennel cough vaccine which they put into the nose. Of course my little 7 lb dog squirmed. The vet and asst put this tiny, terrified dog in a headlock to put in nose drops. He was crying in fear and pain. "Shut up!" they screamed at the poor doggie. His neck was so badly injured by their abusive tactics that I had to take him to another vet for surgery! He now has permanent neck damage. At the end of "visit" to this horror show of a vet clinic the very rude receptionist refused to take a check (with I.D.) and would not give my (by now totally panicked and distraught and hurt) puppy back to me until I went out and brought back CASH for her! Same happened 2 neighbor. They PAY people to WRITE FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR SITES. THIS IS A GHETTO VET WHO WILL HARM YOUR PET! DO NOT RISK YOUR PET BEING INJURED FOR LIFE! GO TO A VET ON UPPER WEST SIDE. Not Washington Hts or Inwood!!
