We have been using Dr Watson since he worked at OC Animal Hospital and have always been pleased. He as well as the entire staff are knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate.

We used Dr. Watson last year with a puppy that for family medical reasons we had to give away to a family member out of state. this year we have a new puppy. I called to make an appt and the receptionist would not schedule us with Dr. Watson only with the other vet there. We liked Dr. Watson so I told her we would go somewhere else. Her reason was Dr. Watson is not accepting new patients. I said we used him last year, she said but this is for a new patient. Oh well I guess he gets enough recurring patient visits to keep him busy. Doesnt sound good to me. I think he needs a new receptionist/scheduler. That is why I rated the staff a 1 based on the only staff I recently spoke with.

Dr. Watson does goes the extra mile to keep my "babies" healthy and happy. The whole staff is wonderful.
