I've been using this vet for 4 years. I had to reschedule blood work once due to work. Second due to financial. When I called to reschedule the 2nd time he was abrupt and said this is this the 2nd time and to call when I'm ready. I asked, "Can I call a day or few in advance?" He said yes and hung up on me. A regular customer since 2019 and I get treated this way? I also called Dr. Greenway on NewsTalk1010 re: my dog's cough. Dr. Siani (spelling) said its nothing. I asked if it was collapsed trachea and he agreed without checking on him. Dr. Greenway said my dog needs x-rays to rule our heart disease or bronchitis. This vet didn't suggest this. He informed me my dog needs to get blood tests so he can clean my dog's teeth for $500. Guess that's why he hung up on me. Can't reschedule due to your job/financies = No service.

So grateful for Dr. Saini. Our very sick elderly cat was being treated by another vet that was charging us an arm and a leg and he was getting worse every day. We needed a second opinion. Dr. Saini was thorough and his treatment effective. Although our cat will never recover from his kidney failure, I feel confident that we will be able to make him comfortable and as happy as we can now that we have all the information about his condition. His previous vet did not give us any options to treat his discomfort and sent us home with the wrong food for a kidney cat. The office is not fancy but the fees are reasonable and Dr. Saini is very accommodating and patient, even with worried cat parents who call him a little too often. I would highly recommend this clinic.

This vet is the most inexpensive one in the city. (I've checked lol). He is always able to squeeze us in and never tries to up sell us. He runs only what needs testing and breaks down costs transparently.

We have had a furry family member or two . . . for as long as I can remember and I can honestly say that Dr. Saini is the absolute best of the best. I feel so fortunate to have found him and have been going to him for the last 5+ years.If you are looking for a no frills, excellent, friendly service with the best prices in Toronto (I imagine that is doable because of the no frills approach), you should definitely see Dr. Saini.I wish all professionals were like him! ??????

My male cat got sick for the first time so you can imagine the panic and urgency we felt when trying to get him to a clinic for his health.
I called the Junction West Animal Hospital and told him our situtation and asked if he could see us (we had never visited the clinic before.) Dr. Saini said for us to come in right away so we did.
Upon arriving, he saw us and our cat right away. Did a checkup and advised us of the best next steps. He even gave us a price run down before we said yes. I really appreciated that he didnt hide any costs and gave us options and let us know which steps should be done right away and which were optional. He was straight forward and considerate of the situtation. We left our cat there for a few hours to run some tests and came back to pick him up sooner than expected!
The prices were very reasonable and better yet, our little guy is feeling better. :) I def would recommend this Animal hospital! ITs a no frills kind of place, but one that cares for you

Dr. Saini is a wonderful vet that charges very reasonable prices compared to other vets in the area. He takes as much time as needed to explain all the options and doesn't scare you into paying for procedures unless they are necessary. He understands people have budgets and does his best to accommodate.I've been going to him for 4 years and all my experiences have been good.

Please note that I have not used this clinic and can only speak to an unusualy experience that I thought was delt with badly. I had to put numbers in to proceed but don't know. We found a lovely and friendly dog in our neighborhood. The tag said Junction West Animal Clinic with the phone number and tag number. It was a Sunday afternoon, when i called a gentelman answered with hello, i asked if I had called the clinic and he said yes. I said that I had found a dog in my neighborhood with their tag. He proceed to say were closed, this is not the issue I am having. I would have expetced a caring and responsible vet to say, unfortunatly we are closed, i am not in the clinic but if you could give me the tag number I will look it up first thing in the morning, call the owner and put you in touch. I got we are closed goodbye. I would never go to a clinic that responded in this manner. This is a very friendly animal that is clearly being taken care of and is loved and likely being missed.

Dr. Saini is an excellent vet. We took our cat to him in an emergency situation. Our regular vet had misdiagnosed her and he finally was able to tell us what was wrong. Very gentle and kind to a sick cat. Highly reccomeng.
