My cat had was not treated well. do not think this vet is very good. went to another clinic. paid more but received kind care by a vet that really cared.

Staff was not punctual. Took 1.5 hours for office visit. Vet wanted to do excessive blood work ($450) for a cat that was not eating or drinking. Blood work was declined, was sent home with fluids to give IV. Took cat to another vet on Monday, no bloodwork drawn, IM antibiotics given, and sent home with antibiotics. New vet tried canned food and cat ate. Found coupon on website for banfield on Monday,(free first exam) called and after checking was told they would honor it, When coupon brought in (Tues),would not honor it. Would not take back IV set that wasn't used, and was never told they wouldn't take back medical supplies. Told follow up call on sun that was not happy with care, nothing done. TOLD TODAY, they will not give any meds to any pet without doing blood work, and that is their policy, which I wasn't TOLD OF EITHER. Poor Poor customer service, and questionable vet service. WOULD NOT TAKE YOUR PET THERE!
