This clinic really cares about the animals and the out comes. Our less than 1 year old lab was requiring bilateral TPLO surgery. After the surgery they kept her for five days managed her pain. Gave her laser treatments for the scar tissue and started the rehab process. They then handed us a dog that we could manage at home. DR Baker took the time to explain everything that was going on to us during the follow up care. We did our research on clinics that do this surgery across Western Canada and we made a great choice in Fort Macleod Veterinary Clinic. I can't say enough about how much this team has earned a great review. My dog is now turned two and is living the life that she deserves.

An awesome vet clinic. Dr. Chris Martin and her staff are the best I have met in this field. I have had many pets and seen a few different veterinarians but none compare to Edgewater. They care deeply for each and every one of their patients.

The Doctors and staff were so kind and understanding when my son and I took our dear friend of almost 22 years for her last visit. They showed patience and understanding and made the event as easy as they could for us. Great people!

I have to take my cat there today for the first time, go get him his shot that haven't been done in 3-4 years, and he's been spraying but he's been neutered. The people there were amazing and helpful, they dont lie to you to get you to spend money, they went through all of our options. Their price I thought were going to be a lot of money. He ended up getting 6 shots it was ??33.20 for the exam it was ??34.80 and for his prescription ,pill pockets (put the pill in the treat) and odor eliminator. For a grand total of ??97.35! I would recommend Fort Macleod veterinary clinic to anyone! Price is right and the people are so friendly and helpful.????

Have just recently been taking my dogs to them. Have not had any problems. Prices are more reasonable than lethbridge.

Do NOT take your small pets to this facility, especailly after hours. My small dog was attacked by 2 large dogs and in real distress (punctured lung, breathing rapid, body filling with air and gasses due to the collapsed lung)we arrived at 7pm and the vet working was and has always been very good (Dr Lichtenberger) but when he neded assistance to take xrays in order to make a decision on what damage was caused and how to move forward with the necessary care he could not get and I quote"there are 4 technicians and not one of them are answering their phones" he was very apologetic!!But we then had to take our dog on another 40 minute drive to an Animal Hospital in Lethbridge (longest drive ever when you are concerned and unable to do anything to help your pet) I am happy to say that the facility and staff in Lethbridge were amazing and caring beyond anything I have ever witnessed in Fort Macleod!! Bella my daschund suffered collapsed lung, damage to diaphragm, wounds requiring stitching
