I have taken our babies (cat and dogs)to Dr Poling and Dr Kelly Temple for years! Physicals, surgery, Lyme, etc - I have absolutely NO complains. Very intelligent, compassionate, punctual, reasonable costs. They have followed our family pets to the end of life! Thank you both for providing quality care and always being there for us!

Very hit or miss experience with staff. I have been to holliston animal hospital a number of times and can distinctly remember ONE technician who went out of her way to be friendly and accommodating. 100% of the time I have walked into the animal hospital I have NOT been greeted and the woman at the front desk finished her talk before even acknowledging my presence. My dog had surgery at the hospital and I was told I could take off his ecollar if I wanted to but was never given instructions on how to do so. The internal suture ripped and my dog had to have emergency surgery 2 days later. I was told by the emergency facility how to remove the ecollar, which is VERY simple. However, looking at the collar it seems quite complicated. This could have been a 30 second conversation but I walked out clueless. I will not be returning.

Dr. Kelly Temple covered a drainage tube after my dog had surgery and gave me the wrong date to have the tube removed and his leg got badly infected which took over 2 months to heal and she refuses to admit to any wrong doing. I saw Dr. Poling because he was recommended and then he passed the surgery on to Kelly Temple without my permission. I found this out after the surgery. I had a different vet remove the drainage tube and it took an hour to remove the bandage with my dog screaming in pain even with pain meds. She claims I was to take the tube out 2 days after but her technician. The surgery was Sept 1. She covered up the drain on Sept 3 and on my discharge papers it clearly says drain out Sept 8. She claims I am doing this so as not to pay my bill but all my bills have been paid. Only one other time did I refute a vet bill. I am in my 70's and have been rescuing dogs and cats all my adult life.
