i was told to bring in my dog for surgery between 8 and 830 - i did all the prep work as instructed - arrived at 8:00 as instructed and a very rude greeter would not allow me to leave my dog - i already made work arrangements and could not wait until 9 as she insisted - i had to cancel the procedure - later i received a nasty letter alerting me that berlin animal hospital did not want me as a patient - a little late as i FIRED them the day they treated me like dirt and had another vet call in for my records - they were a week late but that did no surprise me - and the last thing - the greeter allowed her friend to drop off his dog at 8:10 which made me very angry - what a waste of good time working with this crew
