Please DO NOT take your dog here for any emergency reason. My dog died within 7 minutes upon arrival here,11-5th/11.The male doctor in charge had seen & knew he was gasping for air/turning blue and still managed to leave him for two precious minutes just to let me know he wanted to give me an estimate when he is already in state of dying. He went to the back & as he was typing in his "estimate," my dog had already crashed.TOO LATE for catheter, too late for ANYthing which even after he died, they wanted to stab us for the bill of catheter and CPR.ARE you conscious of your actions, doctor? YOU are supposed to try to save my dog's life if you are NOT able to care or pretend to care, will you at least NOT leave the room and have your staff deal with an emergency situation? It was unethical to hurt/torture a dog this way. Please do not take your dog for ANY emergency situation here. Grooming is offered here among other services.My dog did NOT stand a chance, no recommendation from me.
