Place to avoid! They do not care about your pet, they want your money!
Dr. Cullander and Adriana are the worst professionals I have ever met.
They will try to run as much exams as possible for no reason.
If you love your pet, do not go to this place. Save your time, money and pet's health!My yorkie almost die because of their poor service.

Worst animal hospital ever! Place to avoid they do not care about your pet, they want your money!
On June 1st, 2017 my Yorkshire terrier started vomiting and having diarrhea. I brought him to this animal hospital 3 times in 2 days.
I knew that Enzo had eaten a 2 weeks expired carrot and I was sure that it could be the reason that he was sick. However, Dr. Cullander was throwing out information without examinating my dog. She said that it could be cancer that suddenly appeared or he ate a strange object that was stuck and a surgery would be needed. She was more lost than I was. I felt that she was trying to make me feel as confused as she was to run as much exams as possible.
We started with a complete blood test which the results were normal. Then, she started pushing us to do an X-Ray and again, the result was normal. And then she pushed to do an ultrasound which I refused and then she gave me a valid option saying that I would need to go to another clinic to see an internal medi

The worst vets i have dealt with. Took Mia both times emergency cases and walked out with huge bill and still had issues. once she got attacked at the dog park and had her legs cut open, took her in got 9 stitches and the next day they all opened up and the vet blamed me for not taking care of her, made me buy a useless cone (which i already had one) and she wouldnt bandage it up. kept opening, got it glued, opened again than stapled it - cost me almost $1500. antibiotics gave her ear yeast infection - vet blamed me for it again and said antibiotics dont give yeast infection to pets thats for humans. wrong!! 2nd visit was when mia started pooping and throwing up blood. Dr. Kornya saw her and we did xrays, blood work and gave me antibiotics and went home. didnt explain the blood work or xrays just told me she has an infection which i already knew, what kind we dont know. $600+ than 10 days later after antibiotics Mia is still having same issue. called for 3 days and no call back :(

Used to be a great place, good vets. Have new staff, not as good anymore. One new vet, Dr Joanne McPherson, is very stupid and rude. If you go make sure a good doctor is available

Brought my cat in as he was sick. The staff were very quick in assessing vitals.they were professional, friendly and genuineky cared. Cat was calm through all procedures. Rates were very reasonable. Thank you staff!! Highly recommend.

Brought my puppy in at the middle of the night with Parvo and they really went above and beyond and saved his life. They were always updating me with calls, texts and even sent me a video :)

Excellent after hours clinic with short wait times and very reasonable exam fees compared to other emergency facilities. Very friendly and caring doctors and staff!

I can't comment on the vet since I was not using their services, but the lady receptionist/vet assistant was truly compassionate and professional. That alone deserves 6 stars in my books. My beloved cat who passed away today was treated with compassion and dignity. I am more than grateful for that. Thank you.

I cannot thank the wonderful staff at this emergency clinic enough. We rushed our 19 year old cat in late last night and they were just amazing. There was no wait, they completely understood the urgency, they were very kind towards our cat and very informative with us. They explained what they thought we should do and, without pressuring us, let us make the decisions. Without their intervention our cat probably would not have made it. Hopefully I won't have to use their services again, but if I did I would not hesitate to go back.

They are an excellent emergency vet. They were very caring and knowledgeable when I took my cat in due to a sudden abscess. The cost for the visit and the medication they provided was very reasonable. I do recommend them for an after-hours/emergency vet.

Had to bring my cat here after a very traumatic episode. I was an emotional mess when I arrived and they immediately took my cat to the examination room to take care of her. The staff working that evening were exceptional, especially the vet. She was extremely compassionate and explained all of the options for my cat's care. She also was very honest with me about my cat's condition, which as much as it hurt to hear, was very much appreciated. I ended up having to make an extremely tough decision, and the vet was kind enough to walk me through a lot of information and then gave me as much private time as I needed to say my goodbyes. Even though I experienced something awful, their treatment and compassionate care of my pet and of me really left a positive mark. They made a very sad moment in my life a little more manageable, and for that I am very appreciative.

The quality of care at this hospital is exceptional. My dog was admitted for a week and was seen by a few staff physicians, an internal medicine specialist and a neurologist. They were first rate -- smart, compassionate and very good communicators. The nurses and techs are also good and clearly love their job. The depth of expertise is second to none.

Visited the clinic with a sick cat over the weekend, and for the most part had a very good experience. All of the nurses that I met were wonderful, warm and caring. Daytime vet was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Care was expensive, but worth it for 24 hour monitoring. I would have rated the staff higher, but the overnight doctor put me off. She was cold and seemed distracted over the phone, and when we came in to pick up our cat, looked like she had just woken up. Not acceptable at a clinic that advertises 24 hour care! But the nurse who had been on overnight assured us that she had kept a close eye on our kitty, and really seemd to care about him.

This facility was a lifesaver for my small dog. The staff were warm, efficient and responsive. The facilities are clean and well laid out. The service was provided quickly. I was given an extensive diagnosis from the primary vet. A specialist was quickly called in and also gave an extensive diagnosis from x-rays and ultrasound and bloodwork as well as clinical exams. I was given a careful take home protocol for ongoing treatment and maintenance. Overnight care was excellent. These people are by far the best in my 25 plus years of experience working with many chronic care dogs.
