Staff is great explains everything and if you call for anything promptness is the utmost for them to follow up and either call me back or the doctor personally calls you.I have taken all my four cats, 2 dogs to him and had him as my animals physician for years and yes people when they hear what I say about the cost of some of the treatment say it is overpriced but you know I feel the wonderful service received and I was out of town and Dr Merry was doing surgery and boarding checking on my dog every day and when he realized there was a medical issue prior to doing the surgery he contacted me out of town to let me know that the animal was going to have to have more surgical done and their would be two incisions instead of one and that made me feel more comfortable knowing this caring as always doctor was doing the surgery and called me personnally and my vacation went well because I felt very secure my loved animal was in the best hands possible for his medical needs. Overall perfect.
