I had taken my dog to this place for years. There were some problems they could fix like a cracked tooth and she developed stones in her bladder which was solved easily with any vet with a X-ray. However after years of going to this vet the worst service I received was at the end of my dog's life where I was suppose to get back the blanket that my Dog spent her last hours on, some bad communication happened between the crematorium and the staff at the clinic where they stupidly threw it away after another owner had stated it wasn't there's. I was appalled by the words of the administrative service I received. She said I quote "We didn't know your dog was dead," cause we just felt like visiting the crematorium for fun?!?! She went on to state that she would have kept it they keep lots of things for years for owners. Unfortunately they threw out our blanket we so wanted to take back home with us within 2 days. These people don't give a damn about your pet.

My dog had skin problems. After spending $1,500. the problem was not resolved. I was left with a dog with skin problems and a big amount to pay. I had to go to an other vet.

I'm just returning from this clinic with my dog. The vet was very kind, and you can tell she truly loves animals. She took time to answer all my questions, and did not rush the appointment! She even took the time to put my dog at ease! I would definately recommend this place!

I tried this clinic for the first time over the weekend as it was time to have my kitten with her booster. Though I waited 10 minutes to be seen, the veterinarian I saw (Dr. Pellan) was very knowledgeable and I sensed a genuine love for animals. She did not hurry me through the process and even chatted a little about common interests. I would gladly recommend her to my friends and colleagues!
