SCAM FOR YOUR MONEY!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND. BROUGHT MY DOG DUE TO AN EAR INFECTION. VET DID NOT LOOK INSIDE HER EARS BECAUSE SHE GOT VERY FUSSY— THEREFORE DID NOT COMPLETE A THOROUGH EXAMINATION!! SIMPLY CHECKED HER HEART RATE AND PROVIDED MEDICINE. DIAGNOSED HER BASED ON THE PHOTO WE TOOK OF HER EARS. PAYED FOR MEDICINE BUT WAS ALSO CHARGED $104 FOR AN EXAMINATION THAT WAS NOT DONE FULLY OR COMPLETELY!! NO WEIGHT CHECK, TEMPERATURE CHECK, EYES, EARS—- NOTHING!!! THE APPOINTMENT LASTED NO MORE THAN 10MIN. NEVER GOING BACK!

Took my cat in who wasn't feeling well, and they told me $1700 to figure out what is wrong with him, then told me I had to pay it at once. Or just take my cat back home. This is one of the worst vets in Toronto. Do not take your pet there if you care about them, they will kill it.

I brought my puppy in to get spayed and received a call that she died. Allergic reaction to the anethesia. I don't know if this is true or if there was some kinds of negligence on their part, perhaps they left her alone after administering the anetheisa. I don't know for sure all I know is my dog is my adorable puppy is dead and she didn't deserve to die. I will consider taking a new puppy to another clinic as I have lost faith in their ability to care for my pet.

Thankfully this time, I didn’t require their usual warm and friendly services. While in the park, Pepper put one paw in long grass and came out with bee attached. She limped after and knuckle was sore. She didn’t cry or anything. She was then could run. Then limped. Long story short, they made appt the next morning that I could bring her in, but if all was ok, I could just cancel, no prob, which I did. They just told me to keep my eyes on her just in case. I emailed before they open 7:30 which is great, then called. This way I could relax and would be ready in case she had an allergic reaction if there was indeed a prob. AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES ANYWHERE ELSE!!! They are treated like family. Thanks to the lovely ladies who handled our calls!! Michaela and Pepper (who were getting advice from the doctor)

I have gone to this clinics a few times in the last 10 years and only if I absolutely have to. On the few occasions that I have gone the staff and the doctors are rude,they are only in it for the money. They would sooner let your pet die then help them.They have left my cat on a cold floor after surgery, they have clipped his nails when I told them he only allows me too. and when I needed food (only a couple cans)they tell me they only sell it in cases of 6.I would never recommend this place to anyone. worst place ever. Luckily I found a great vet and staff that treat me and my pets like family.

Dr. Farag and the entire staff at Lennox take such great care when treating my animals, are trustworthy and truly are experts in the field. I know my animals are in the best hands with them and they are always ready to go above and beyond to provide excellent, compasonate service. Their entire staff is top notch. I would highly recommend Lennox to any one who loves their pets as much as me... like family!!

My dog Kylie had an infection and needed an emergency surgery - I am extremely happy that I brought her to Dr. Farag at Lennox. He was able to see her on the same day and perform the surgery. He was very kind and along with his staff, took great care of her during her stay. I received frequent follow-up calls with updates on her status. Prices are good compared to other vets around the area. I highly recommend this animal hospital! Also, please make sure to spay/neuter your pets to avoid future complications.

We moved into the Weston area nine years ago, and it has been our very good fortune to have found in Dr. Farag of Lennox Animal Hospital a dedicated family doctor for our furry companions.
Over the years, we have adopted many older dogs for whom quality of life has been greatly enhanced through the diligent care of Dr. Farag and his team. Time and again they have demonstrated that wellbeing of the four-footed members of our family is their first and foremost concern.
We especially appreciate the compassion of the Lennox Animal Hospital team for both our pets and us when we have been faced with difficult end-of-life decisions. It is a great comfort to our family that Dr. Farag and his team are there to support us through all phases of our pets’ lives.

I had an amazing experience at Lennox. Been with them with my dog ever since he was a pup and they gave him the best care over the past 7 years. The staff are very welcoming and the vet has been keeping my pet in tip top shape! I'd recommended stopping by!

had a great experience, very welcoming and friendly staff . went in right on my appointment time, without having to wait around. they didnt try to rip me off rather letting me know exactly what i should be getting for treat my cat,who got bit by other cats, and called back to check up on her. great service.

this is the worst clinic i have ever taken a pet, call for a price just for check up she says 40 i get charged 65! says blood work only 200 i get charge 300! has my cat in the room for 30 minutes for blood test and all i hear is my cat crying and whaling for 30 minutes! very rude and total rip off! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!!

This animal hospital looks like someones dirty old house and it is extremely over priced. The vet is rude and it seems they only care about making money. Go anywhere else for better care at a more reasonable price.

I would NEVEEEEEEEER go back to that place, all they care about is the money..They didnt do much for my pet..Also, the clinic is in a very bad condition and the receptionists there were very rude.. Not friendly at all!

I am extrelmly impressed with the care and respect they gave my cat. The love and appreciation he has to animals are unmatched. The staff there answered all my questions and gave me confort knowing my cat is in good hands. God bless this staff !

Amazing vet, not only is he knowledgeable, he is extremely kind and gentle. He treated my dog for many years and aims to build friendships with his patients and owners. Very calm and experienced, if you care for your animal I highly recommend this place!

I have been taking dogs here for years. The vet is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and always has my dogs best interests at heart. A few years ago one of my older dogs was having a lot of trouble with his back legs and was having trouble getting up. Needless to say I was very worried, but the vet put my mind at ease and gave him a series of injections over a period of time which worked wonders for him. I no longer had to help him up and he was a lot more comfortable. I've been to a few other clinics, but after going here I would never dream of going anywhere else.

The Vet does an excellent job at taking time to explain to the pet owner the who/what/where/why's of procedures and exams. He is a compassionate caregiver, and seems genuinely interested in what's best for our dog Justice. The rest of the staff is friendly and extremely helpful, and the facility is spotless! A++

What wonderful staff! The clinic is small but clean and the vets are so gentle with my cats. I'm never rushed through a visit---they take time to listen to my comments/concerns, offer constructive advice, and send me away with a thorough understanding of my pets' health and how I can maintain it. Oh, and they give me free samples of food/dental care products/etc. I drive out of my way to visit this vet, but it's worth it for my peace of mind.

Pepper always is treated well when she as to go there. She just bounds up the stairs when we get there. Both the doctor and other staff treats he animals well. Animals can sense when someone s faking. These people are not. Thankfully I ave a healthy doggie so I don't have to see them often, but I am at peace when I have to! Thank you!

HORRIBLE vet! I can't even tell you how unsympathetic and money hungry this clinic is! They have obscure pricing when it comes to anything. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this vet. They literally rob you of your money and if you aren't able to afford a treatment you're made to feel horrible. All they care about is your money, and not the welfare of the pet. I am with a new vet in the area and I can't believe what a difference it is... My new vet is affordable, clean, courteous and kind. Go to the Weston Veterinary Clinic if you need a vet in the area.

I was very disappointed today when I brought my cat for a nail trim. My car urinated on her carrierstill wondering how that happened from a nail trim? And I could her my cat meowing! All from a 5 min nail trim, also knowing my cat very well she never meows that loud or urinates from a nail trim, the vets that have seen her before have always said she's calm and a good cat:) to top it off, the vet authorized the staff to jeep me waiting 30 mins.... If they were the busy they should stated that when I called and said I was dropping by. Will never go there again, very unhappy and astonished that they would manhandle pets like that.

The Doctor I saw here because my cat couldn't pee told me it would cost at a min $1200 to fix my cat I thought I had to put my cat down or medically surrender him as I was at the humane society doing that my cat urinated I took him to another vet who emptied his bladder gave him some shots and medication four under $200 I guess some vets know what there doing and some don't my cat is fine now and at home where he belongs. If you live in this area go to Weston Veterinary Clinic there is an new Vet (Dr.Stan Naruszewicz) there who is Amazing
