Overall great place but I will say they don’t have the same level of knowledge on exotics compared to dogs and cats. I think their level of knowledge on a specific species depends on how often customers bring those species to that place. So it’s not everyday you see a gerbil in the hospital compared to a rabbit. Sometimes, if you call over the phone though, you need to make sure to call them again if they say they will get back to you but they don’t after a couple hours. They might’ve forgotten.
