The office only cares about money. Not your pet. They are horrible with returning calls, giving correct information and lack any type of customer service. Numerous times we have had to call to get test results. There was no sense of urgency from the vet. They are rude and very unkind. We left.

Dr. Jackson retired and the large company who purchased is absolutely terrible. Terrible uncaring service, and ridiculously overpriced. After 17 years we have gone elsewhere.

I am agreed with the previous comment, Best Friends Animal Hospital is the very overpriced place. We brought our animals from overseas and have been with this place for almost 5 years and paid them thousands of dollars without any clue that we could find 3 times cheaper place and with more care and concern about your beloved animal. My rating for this hospital-is very poor.
