I had brought my bulldog in eye for eye surgery that she stayed he needed. I received a phone call stating he was already sedated but didn’t need the surgery after all. She asked if she could try a procedure for his cleft palate because he was already asleep and I agreed. She did the procedure twice and twice she wasn’t able to fix the problem after assuring me she could. She agreed to either refunding my money or free services. She has never done either. Her staff is less than helpful and I have heard her curse and make fun of clients. She only cares about the bottom line and is very dishonest. Run far, far away from her! She’s a hack!

Dr Kramer does not give out hard coppies of lab results. Plus, they are done in house. Since our cat was a senior we took him every 6 months for a checkup which included bloodwork. We were told he was fine, even though he was losing weight , had bad breath, and eventually stopped esting. We sought a new vet/second opinion and were advised he had renal failure. The new vet gave us his lab results and we were shocked to see the results. He had stage 4 renal failure and we had to start fluids. Btw, Dr Kramer flatly refused to fax his records to the new vet. If you love your pet stay far away from Dr Kramer.

After 4 years we realized we had better move on. Dr Kramer is both lazy and incompetent. She just doesn't care -- spreads herself wayyy too thin. All she cares about is getting the patient in and out. No phone calls. No emails. She sets you up with a pile of medicine and expects you to do her job with 5 minutes of training. We thought she was good but we were fooled.
