Do not take your animal here if you want an honest veterinarian. Dr. Rachel gave me a quoted price for my babys surgery when everything is finished the bill is almost $500 more! Tests and things we never spoke about. She does this every time my dog is seen procedures that she recommends are done then told about after without my consent. She is also very unprofessional normally wreeking of cigarette smoke and keeping her sunglasses on her head not a professional that I will trust my pet with in the future!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THIS VET OFFICE or their sister office Russell Ridge Animal Hospital. Groomer strangled my cocker spaniel to the point that her eyes hemmoraged! They admitted that it happened but did not take any responsibility. My dog suffered a stress related disease a week after abuse Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis which is causing her to hemmorage. They half way treated her and got really hostile with us stating that they couldnt make us happy and they were severing all ties with us...even though my baby was still very sick. Never apologetic or sympathetic to our family. It has been a horrible nightmare! Please, if you love your family member...don't walk through their doors! The picture next to comment is my baby and her traumatized eyes...............
