Dr. Sheppard is an amazing vet. I will only trust him with my pets! The staff is compassionate and knowledgeable. Their boarding facility is awesome. They walk the dogs in a huge backyard several times per day while they are kenneled there. The facility was built sometime in the 1950's but has been remodeled. The kennels are just a few years old. The dogs have huge kennels and get very good interactive care. Some kennels just let the dogs stay caged for their entire stay. This place gets them outside to exercise and spend time with a very caring staff of attendants. The receptionists are great. They take their time with everyone even though they get so busy. We highly recommend this hospital. When our cat was very sick, they took great care as to not give additional tests that he didn't really need as with some hospital/clinics that are all about money. When we boarded our 3 cats at this facility, they gave them special care. We were really impressed.
