I have taken my dogs to Animal Ark for a number of years and have always been satisfied with the service. Recently though I was really pleased with them because they showed that they cared and are NOT out to take advantage of a concerend pet owner. My dog had blood in her poop so I phoned Animal Ark and they asked me a few questions and then they said that since my dog was lively and active I should just keep an eye on the situation and contact them if the problem continued or got worse. I am happy so say that my dog is now fine and I appreciate the fact that Animal Ark didn't try to fear monger me into bringing my dog in for an unnecessary examination and stick me with a big bill. It is great doing business with people who are honest and not out to take advantage of you.

They always go out of their way to treat me and my animals with the utmost respect. They do not overcharge as I have experienced this with other vets, they have been my clinic for over 8 years. Both of their Vets and staff are gentle and extremely knowledgeable and have hearts of gold. I recommend them 100% and promote them actively to all my friends with pets. In closing....they are fantastic.

I was so unhappy with the staff at the clinic I was going to for years with my dog and was referred to Animal Ark from a friend and I am so glad!! When I arrived there the receptionist was so kind and Dr. Dell was the best and the prices are reasonable.

I don't know what the other person who rated this clinic is talking about regarding the receptionist. I have been sending my pets there for years because of how friendly the receptionist is and how amazing the vet Dr.'s are. I have recommended friends there and they love the staff as well. Last but certainly not least they have the best prices I have seen in the city.

My pet had surgery on her back had to go back as the stitches ripped. They took my dog to the back restitched and didn't bother using any freezing. Took her back to get stitches out. The vet ripped her open a bit and he cleaned her with his cleaning solution that he cleans the tables with. i said no more stitches. He used glue. Don't go. I swtiched vets. Doesn't care and charges to much.

I love this clinic! I've always known my pets would be well looked after here. The only issue is the receptionist, she is quite rude and doesn't seem to know what she's talking about. Everyone else is fantastic.

I have been there yrs and will never go else where.They have been great with all our pets dogs guinea pigs hamsters and rabbits. They do care. I just love them all. I would send people there with no problems.

We have 2 German Shepherds and a cat, and we have tried 4 different vets in the North Edmonton area and have encounted various problems, but I can not recommend Animal Ark highly enough Zak our eldest GSD needed 3 teeth extracted the care and the professionalism that they gave us was exceptional absolutely first class. Even if I lived outside of Edmonton I would be more than willing to travel.

I've taken my guinea pig to Dr.Dell for over the last year. She is amazing with them! I plan on bring all my pets to her. She helped save my one guinea pig and then later neutered him. Sadly we did lose one but she did everything she could to help him and even helped my pocket book too. The staff here are amazing. I would HIGHLY suggest them for any pet.

VERY bad experience. Took my 1 year old healthy male Golden Retriever to get neutered. DIED 2 days later.

We brought our two cats here for 6yrs (since birth). Our boy got a UTI & was given Clavamox for approximately SIX months. I asked Dr Dell if the medication would damage his liver or other organs due to the long duration of him taking it. She said, NO. We trusted her & continued giving it. Well, it DID cause PERMANENT damage to his kidneys! He got Chronic Renal Failure at a very young age. No phone call from Dr Dell to tell us. Only a call from a staff member saying we need to change his food. When I went in to p/u the new food, I asked what was wrong & was told by a receptionist that he has CRF. I was stunned! While choking back my tears, I asked what this means & if there are any treatment options. I was nonchalantly told he had 3-6 MONTHS & there are NO treatments. We researched CRF, started treatments & our boy is going strong SIX years later! brought my rabbit here because he stopped eating. had his teeth checked, said he was ok. Brought him to a second clinic and his teeth were so bad they had grown into his poor little tongue. DO NOT bring your rabbits here. They do not know rabbits.

Dr Dell Rocks! Only vet that suggested I test my dog for allergies. All others wanted to determine by elimination and of course taking my money.

Brought my rabbit in cause he suddenly stopped eating, and had lost alot of weight, waited a week for an appointment, then was told that I was starving my rabbit and that I should feed him more.
