The company is so nasty i have pictures of the dirt and hair and the staff does not know anything you ask of them they have to put you on hold for everything. They are the rudest people i have ever delt with and mean to your dogs they pull them aroung instead of picking them up. They cant even tell you whats wrong with your dog unless they run a million test to charge you. i will never tell anyone to bring their dog to pet smart / banfield
