This clinic is a newer facility. Unfortunately, the mind-set expressed by the Dr. and most of the staff are dubious at best and deceitful at worst. Additionally, the overall attitude appears to be: If you cannot afford premium care and the associated costs, then you shouldn't own a pet in the first place. Our experience was as follows... a large portion of the original paperwork we filled out was lost, they prescribed an incorrect med (which we only found out after going to another veterinarian) and sepearately,months later, they were totally unwilling to ok a prescription from a reputable company we found online who had the drug at about half the cost.(They insisted we purchase from them at twice the cost) Needless to say, we haven't gone back there even though they are easily the closest in distance to where we live. You can do better than 4 Paws Clinic. Check your phone book or the internet.
