Very poor hospital management. I was a good client for several years. In the last two years their appointment booking has become disgusting. Dog had a skin issue which i know the starting stages and needed to get it under control, they could not book me an appointment for a week and a half. Ok they dont take an animal with an uncomfortable skin condition important. My other animal was very old and i was concerned he was in pain, i couldnt get an apointment for a week or pay an addional fee and sit all day hopping they fit me in. Then routine appointments are at least a month in advance! I have worked in this industry for many years and this is not how you treat clients. Seems money hungry to me, taking on more clients then they can service. I am not even trying to see anyone specific. They are taking advantage of being the only vet in town. if you expect your vet to be there for you, go elsewhere. They are often late for app times, not uncommon to wait an hour. Vets themselves not bad.

I've never had a a pet before and visited this clinic with my doggy (son's) to get shots and advice. This doctor was so gentle and kind and I knowledgeable and we didn't feel rushed at all. I felt such a relief after that my dog was going to be in good hands from now on. I only wish we could find human doctors like him.

I put a beloved cat to sleep yesterday due to additional health problems following a diagnosis and treatment of a different issue. We were consistently treated with the utmost compassion, dignity and patience. The staff accommodated us with short notice. Everyone has been very kind and sensitive. At the end I was given wise advice and gently guided to a sensible but heartbreaking decision. Both of the veterinarians we dealt with were outstanding. I have no idea and didn't care whether the journey was expensive or not. When one has to say goodbye to a dearly loved companion, a sincere hug and escort to my car from someone who truly cares is priceless.

EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COMPASSIONATE, CARING only begin to describe Dr's Doner, Sadoch and Gilbert. The doctors at this clinic have treated all of our dogs and cats for over 15 years. From puppies to kittens to end of life care they have always provided the ultimate in care. Their diagnosis and treatments have always been accurate and there has always been follow up phone calls to check on the progress of their patients. THEY COVER THEIR OWN AFTER HOURS, WEEKEND EMERGENCIES SO YOUR PETS MEDICAL HISTORY IS ALWAYS ACCESSIBLE IN SECONDS. DAY OR NIGHT THESE DOCTORS ARE THERE FOR THEIR PATIENTS. ALL NIGHT MONITORING STATIONS ARE ALSO IN EACH OF THE DOCTOR'S HOMES FOR ALL CLINIC PATIENTS. We would not consider another clinic for the care of our furbabies.

Horrible experience. I booked an appt for a rabies vaccine and instead was stuck there for 1.5 hours while the vet insulted the breed of dog that I have. He kept trying to get a malicious response from the dog to prove to me that they are an aggressive breed. However she just sat and licked his fingers...The vet administered the rabies vaccine as well as a distemper booster that he only told me about after. (Even though she already had a distemper shot). He then told me that even though the puppy was healthy and clean, I needed to give her a de-wormer (which is not preventative and is only good for 30 days...and that I should re-administer it every 30 days FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE to prevent worms...I don't think so). When I declined another visit for ANOTHER distemper booster, I was told that my puppy will most likely get sick and die because of my negligence. This facility is a money loving business, they do not care at all about the health of your pets. Pet-owners beware.

We have been taking out pets to this clinic for over 15 years. Its a 40 min drive from our home in good weather and if it took hours there is no other clinic we would entrust with our pets. Kindness, compassion, knowledge, professionalism, PERSONAL CARE are the first words that come to mind when I think of the superb care we have always received. Doctors Doner, Gilbert and Sadoch have loved our pets as we have and the longevity of our animals and their excellent health are examples of this care. Whether its a routine needle or a sad visit, they take the time, without watching a clock, to make sure our pets are receiving the best of care. They ensure we understand all aspects of the services provided and go over and above in informing us and keeping us up to date if the situation requires. Are they cheap? Of course not!!! They price according to the vet association as all vets do. You get what you pay for. EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGABLE AND LOVING CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY MEMBER.

I feel totally exploited and taken advantage of. They knew they had me in a situation that I would pay just about anything at that point and proceeded to do just that. I am so angry that this clinic says they put animals first, but at the end of the day it all came down to soaking money out of me. This is not right and something needs to be done. I will never bring my dog or any other pets to this clinic and in sharing my story with neighbours I have heard the same negative experiences with this clinic. CH

I was referred to this clinic by another breeder who said they were the go to place for OFA testing. I was very happy with my experience there and appreciated the fact that they were breeder friendly. We ended up transferring all our files and have been a client here for the past 6 yrs now. The vet staff are very knowledgable, they don't push unnecessary medications or vaccines. Their bedside manner is great and they are very professional and sympathetic. The girls up front are welcoming and very polite. I recommend this clinic to every person I talk to. I even have clients drive up to 2 hrs to use them. Highly recommended!!

lousy vet tech with poor attitude and nasty disposition, she was my first clue in retrospect that I was in the wrong place and due to vets(2) limited knowledge misdiagnosed my dog causing comma and brain damage and then the dog died. maybe just use this clinic for routine vaccines and rays, if your dog is ill go to a more established and knowledgeable clinic.

Beaverton clinic saved my life and certainly gave my dog a chance to look into his problems. The doc is so thorough and takes his time explaining everything, unlike my previous vet, he was not rushing me and was willing o go extra miles to determine the cause of my dog's problems. It was an hour drive for me but totally worth it, I came out thinking god had giving me the info of this place. I can't thank them enough for helping me and my dog out, I would recommend it for any of lover. I loved their dog rest area and horses next to the clinic. Best vet I have ever been.

Very impressive and up to date clinic. As a dog breeder I find these vets very breeder friendly. They are knowledgable and don't hesitate to share their knowledge. We have been treated with nothing but respect from vets and staff. Staff are friendly and accomodating when you call. It is a 1 hour drive for us but worth it to go there. Cannot say enough positive comments about this clinic. Again very impressive for the continuing care of your pets.

Love this Vet Clinic and Dr. Doner. Have brought our other Lab here and treated great. Our present Lab, who passed away was treated excellent. Vets really care about animals and not all about money. Would recommend this vet. We drive from Pickering to come here. We feel comfortable with this vet clinic (especially Dr. Doner) All staff very helpful and friendly.

I have only been here a few times because it is a 2 hour drive. I am a dog breeder and felt it was important to have a contact at another vets office. So I had my dogs X-rays done here. I know they come highly recommended by lots of my friends who also breed dogs! If I did not love my own vets office so much and if this office was a lot closer they would see a lot more of me.

This is a clinic I use as a secondary one but ONLY due to distance from me and that fact I like my full time clinic. Beaverton Cross Roads is an AMAZING clinic staffed with well rounded vets, intelligent Techs and good kennel and front staff. They have done routine and emergency work for me. As a breeder, I require vets who appreciate the work I do and are willing to compliment it with their expertise. Exremely breeder friendly, I know private clients that drive over an hour with family pets for care here. Cannot recommend this clinic enough! They are all animal lovers.
