I love Dr. Resell but he is always late and the last few times I have not gotten good help. I always request Kitty, and my dogs just love her. She has not been there lately and the technician that helped me on the last visit was very rude and my dog came back in the room with blood on his leg and shaking. He has never done this with Kitty! Then when I checked out the receptionist was short with me and my bill was over $400, I was shocked.
