This office charged me 200 dollars somehow without me even owning an animal and has asked me to prove the charges are false on their end. This is unprofessional and ridiculous. Very disappointed with the staff and with this office. Its not a matter of money its a matter of principle and them not caring to make it right.

I have been taking my animals to this vet for about 18 years (ever since he came to Milton). He is very knowledgeable and is willing to explain how he arrives at his diagnosis. His treatments have always been effective. His prices are in line with other vets'. I have no complaints whatsoever.

We have been brining our pet to this vet for approximately 5 years. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Aziz and his amazing staff. Always calls me back and super supportive.

Recently my 16 year old Eski-poo died and I decided to have her cremated so the ashes could be scattered in the cemetery where my mom (who loved her dearly) is buried. Given how emotional the death was and how terribly sad and distraught I was, I didn’t have the courage to take her to my vet and had asked my sister if she could take the dog to her vet which is Dr Aziz.
I have just learned 3 weeks later that the individual who sent the dog to the crematorium incorrectly labeled the dog and she was mass-cremated. I'm looking into my options at the moment as this is absolutely careless and unacceptable with very little apology and acknowledgement from the vet.

Dr Aziz is a very caring vet. He has does a fantastic job explaining the procedures required and any costs associated with what needs to be done. He is knowledgeable and very good with small breeds. Pricing is on par with the industry. No problems and we have been dealing with the clinic for 4 years.

we moved to Milton 6 years ago and had to find a new vet, and it happened when my older cat had a run in with a skunk! I drove into town and stopped at the first vets i saw and that was Robinsons... they took my stinky kitty in right away and i decided after the quick and efficient treatment to return there for regular vet treatments. We brought our other wee little kitty in - he had health issues from day one - and without telling Dr. Aziz what he had, the diagnosis was identical to the other 2 vets - so all good there. Sadly, years later, the time came to say goodbye to our sick little boy. Dr. Aziz was respectful, and kind. He came to our home as we did not want our guy to go away from home. I have only good things to say about this clinic. i'm a farm girl - i've seen a lot of vets in my day...i am happy here. my other cats love him. The cost is comparable to other clinics.

Dr.Aziz never knows exactly what is wrong with your pet and insists on performing many pricey tests and medication that lead to nowhere. He will over charge on sergeries that cost much less at other clinics! Puts money over an animal in need.

AVOID Robinson Pet Hospital poor communication(among staff members no consistency does not return call because he is to busy with other patients)Only vet in house too much for him to handle, money hungry. Completely unprofessional. Nice in the beginning does not take ownership or responsibility instead of helping he AVOIDS saying he has emergencies or house calls can't handle the volume of patients then hire help and stop taking new patients >> but I guess that would hurt his profit.

The vet is definately money hungry!! He quotes a passage from the bible on the bottom of your invoice! That is disturbing and sad because he seems to put money ahead of compassion for an animal!! He DEFINATELY uses some type of "horrible/cheap" anaestetic for surgeries!! Please do not let him perform any type of surgery on your pet!!! Please!!! My pet developed major horrific breathing complications after he was put under to have his teeth cleaned. He was 8 years old. He never recovered and subsequently died as a result of lung damage. Please go elsewhere!!! And yes, major language barrier and hard to understand half of what comes out of his mouth. Also had other people tell me, after the fact, that their beloved pets suffered tremendously after surgery at this vet's hands.

Receptionist is good. Vet is hungry for money and doing extra without explaining until you are hit with the bill. The vet is unprofessional and talks down to people he needs to take communication, respect and dealing with people's courses. Money hungry vets are the worse that pet owners can deal with. Don't recommend.

Working with a Rescue Group I went to this Vet with a Dog badly injured by a car and the owners wanted it put down. The Vet volunteered his time and services and after eight and half hours of reconstructive surgery and skin grafts and a partial amputation the dog was saved. I have to admit this Vet did wonders on a Sunday afternoon and evening. The rescue club gratefully thanks you but most of all,"Tink" thanks you, the dog you helped. She is now placed with her foster mom for care and rehabilitation.

For me, it is not about the money, more about the quality and value. If you want a base level of medicine, then this is your place. After some staff turnover (a while back, the new staff was unprofessional. The doctor lacks a way of "connecting the dots" to understand what is going on with your pet. After three questionable episodes (tried to give him the benefit of the doubt),I finally went for a second opinion and thank goodness I did. He is a kind man, but as I said, was unable to think of why certain things were happening (thyroid issues caused by steroid use) with my dog and just wanted to medicate unnecessarily. Also-based on comments he made about precautions we should take with one of our small dogs,I think he uses cheaper forms of anaesthesia. He also vaccinates the animals in the same area, so if your pet has a reaction in that area, good luck figuring out which vaccine caused it.Overall-nice vet, on the cheaper side, but not high quality medicine and unprofessional staff.

Dr.Aziz had me run many tests - spent $1200.00 and he wanted me to spend another $2500.00 when he knew she was fatally ill. He didn't know what was wrong with her so had me running all kinds of tests. Took her back to the cattery where I purchased her from and they immediately diagnosed her with FIP which is fatal. He got mad when I told him that the cattery diagnosed her and gave me a hard time about putting her down when it was already hard on me to make that decision. Also charged me $300.00 to put her down. This was a bad experience made worse by the veternarian. Definetly would not recommend.

OK hospital ... the main Vet has a bit of a language barrier, a bit hard to understand, especially when trying to tell you what's wrong with your pet. It would be easier if they first learned English, so that they may be able to explain a pet's condition properly. Prices are OK.
