Do not trust them. If you have a emergency and tell you to come in asap but you were having a bbq... So you do and they call police saying you were drunk!!!! A rat is a rat but rather know the rat I paid $$$$$$$$$$$$ to is THE RAT. I had no clue I was but they did. They set me up after a long battle with cancer and it my service dog. Not only did they receive 20000 plus they charged to put my dog down WHERE IS JUSTICE for me and my dog. RAT RAT SCREWEWD MY LIFE UP AND STILL PAYING THE PRICE FOR REST OF MY My LIFE. WHY Didn't He ask me to stay home! OVER CHARGED IN SECRECY BEHIND MASKS CROOKS> YES THEY SAID I WAS OVER LIMIT>>>> I HAD NO CLUE AND AN EMERGENCY I HAD NO CLUE

We had Dr. Di Pietro and were not happy at all. She took no time to get to know the dog, proceeded to grab her by the mouth upon first interaction. She then proceeded to begin her assessment, where she did the bare minimum while causing pain to my dog, resulting in my dog squealing at the top of her lungs because she was Intentionally grabbing at her and making the dog uncomfortable. This Vet did not read my dogs file or know anything about her or her history. Considering my dog is a rescue she traumatized my dog and tried to muzzle the dog for squealing in pain. She then continued to tell us that we need to sedate our dog for assessments because she is too anxious and trying to bite her. She kept jumping to conclusions without any facts or running any tests. My dog is the most docile, friendly and loving dog you will meet. This Vet was incapable of treating my dog with kindness, and does not understand how to treat and interact with pets. We will NOT have her as our Vet ever again.

Terrible place to bring your pet. I can’t spend enough time to tell you my experience of this place’s incompetence. Steer clear of this place if I were you. There are plenty enough other vets out there.

I have to say this clinic is all about the money not the pet. NO compassion for the owners feelings. When a pet is very ill to near death. I do not feel this clinic is compassionate at all. I saw a couple in distraught only to be told to wait I was shocked you could see the tears in the owners eyes and pain in their hearts My cat was misdiagnosed clinic only to find out it was a simple urine and blood test . not medicine trial and error . The name they carry is BRACKS whom once was a VERY CARING vet. its no longer about the patient its about money so obvious when I ask questions regarding prices to vet . its like uhmm ask the technician lol .. . they need to also ESEPCIALLY clean up the front desk woman . their unprofessional and rude as if your bothering them . the FEW vets are what keep SOME clients coming back . I wont ever be going back again I had been going there for over 27 years .not anymore

We have always brought our animals to Bracks and have never experienced anything but top notch care. They do not try to provide the cheapest care, but the best care.

Brack animal hospital is a state of the art facility.very efficient staff. compassionate and intelligent doctors. Having to have a pet put to sleep was traumatic but the staff and doctor treated us with so much respect and compassion which helped us to accept this ordeal with courage. we are most grateful .H.B.

I'm a college student who loves her dog more then anything so it broke my heart to find out he had a hernia. Loving ur dog so much, your willing to pay anything to make them better! BUT brack animal hospital took full advantage of this and charged me out the ass for such a simple repair surgery and when I looked around for other prices the other veterinary clinics were discusted as well with what they were charging. -- at the end of the day, if you don't want to spend thousands of dollars/ and you want polite service/ and doctors who actually care for your pets well being-- look else where

If you want the best health care for your pets Brack is the best place in Windsor. I have been a client for a long time & trust their expertise, care completely. The vets are very skilled & stay on top of new advancements in veterinary medicine. I know my cats are getting the best care possible.

I have brought my dog to Bracks since she was a puppy, sadly she passed away early this year. I have to say that the care that my Kelly received at each and every visit was outstanding for the last 9 years. Our next puppy will go to Bracks because they give outstanding care to all the pets that come through their door.

I had my dog Gunnar treated by Dr. Crowe last year. He got the VERY BEST CARE...but he was an older guy with painful arthritis. Despite her excellent care...I made the decision to have Gunnar put down in November. I was heart broken....but every single person at Brack's shared in my grief and the experience was a wonderful one. Since then I was rescued by another " senior " dog from the Humane Society and he had the pleasure of meeting my Brack family ( especially Dr. Crowe ) last week. Words can't express how wonderful their care is... money will never be an issue in caring for any of my animals...they offer invaluable support and caring ...I am very very blessed that they care so much about us ( two and four legged ) .. I find Brack can go either way - sometimes good, sometimes I leave wondering about what various vets were/are thinking. Some things (basic visit) are reasonable; others are insane (such as they ONLY sell the most costly of the heartworm pills)

Brought my dog in for vomiting. In 2 days between X-ray, bloodwork, IV and meds, spent $800.00. X-ray, labwork negative. I can't help but wonder if they had just done the IV first and seen how she did I could have saved money.
