Profits trump care here. The staff are great, but they are forced toe the corporate line. In summary, the wellness plans they offer have fake discounts. Once we discovered this (as new pet parents) we cancelled the annual contract without being notified that we would have to make up the difference. Since they DO NOT supply copies of the signed contracts (our bad for not insisting), we had no idea that we would be paying nearly the same amount for prior care with the fake discounts removed, and were charged the cost nearly identical to fulfilling the contract. We may as well have received the services until the end of the contract year, which we had no record of as we have no contracts. We learned a lesson here, but the VCA policies are no better than those of used car dealers.
