The vet, Jana Rickel, was very caring. I asked about cost and they gave me an estimate that seemed fair (ended up a little less). The staff was pleasant but my estimated wait time of an hour & a half turned into 3+. I would like to have seen some sort of triage mngmnt happening....something to ponder. All in all The Fat Man seems to be perking up and I'm calmed down. Just be prepared to wait, i.e., take something to read

Dr. Birchmeier is a wonderful and compassionate veterinarian who really cares about her clients and patients. The clinic is very nice and very clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they are extremely affordable. All in all a wonderful experience for me and my dogs.
