Do not take your cat here, mine was tortured , the only appropriate word to describe the treatment my cat received. My poor cat screamed while they tried to get X-ray and blood test, they put a muzzle on my cat, fur was missing when I left and my cat was zoned out and pacing when I got home, horrific.

White Oaks Animal Hospital is the worst veterinary office I've ever been to!! I took my cat there to be neutered and had to take him back a day or so later because the incision opened. The vet and his assistant started working on his little ball sac with a pair of tweezers and needle nose pliers without any anesthetic or freezing. Then another vet came in and the 3 of them held him down while he screamed! Then they took him to the back of the clinic where I thought they would at least give him some freezing but they didn't. I could see them and they just held him down and continued working on him while he screamed. I've never heard a cat scream like that in all my years of cat ownership. This cat was the sweetest, calmest and affectionate cat before I took him there. Now he scratches and bites us so hard that he draws blood. They may be cheaper than other vets but believe me, you get what you pay for!!

Best vet clinic I have ever been to. Amazing staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to get me in for an appointment right away even though I didn't have one scheduled. Would recommend them to everyone :) so happy to have them in our neighbourhood

Many thanks to Dr. Nasir, Angela, Nadine and the rest of the staff who brought back to life our very sick cat Jerome. They were always very profesional, attentive and caring. Dr. Nasir made himself available day and night while treating our cat. I would recomend this clinic to anyone looking to give their pets the best possible care.

Dr. Nasir, Lesley, and Andrea, are always available, compassionate and caring, respectful, punctual, and their services are reasonably priced. Dr. Nasir always listened to our concerns, discussed options with specialists, and always helped us find a solution within our budget. After surgery care and check ups are standard, and for the most part free. The team at White Oaks always did whatever they could in house (which is mostly everything) to keep costs down, and they give the best care to your pet. They were just so with us and our precious Cecily, and they also do house calls. Thanks again guys <3

Dr Nasir and staff are always amazing to my pets. They're always nice,caring and thorough regardless of how busy they are. Staff always friendly and caring. Very reasonably priced.

Dr.Nasir is amazing. He came to an emergency for my dog abbey. And Dr.Nasir was at church at the time. The entire staff is awesome! Leslie is so kind and sweet. Myers the cat soothed me when my dog was sick. Angela is so good at listening and Nadine is very helpful. Overall the best vet clinic ever!

My cat was diagnosed with diabetes at this clinic 2 months ago. Not gonna lie, I kind of panicked! But they are never too busy to answer any of my questions, Dr Nasir even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions after hours. Price wise very impressed, I checked around and with the blood work, insulin and syringes they've saved me about $100 so far. Highly recommend

If you want your pet to get the best care possible, go somewhere else. I brought my cat here a few times, once for her vaccines and again when she got sick. Dr. Nasir gave me a set price when I called in, and I told him I only had a certain amount of money that would cover the exam. So he told me to come in, I drove half an hour there only to be charged an additional $175. Not only are they not very honest about pricing, but Dr. Nasir is very hard to understand. When I asked a question to confirm what he had just said about the medicine he gave me he got very frustrated with me and made me feel very uncomfortable. He gave my cat two very strong antibiotics that made her even more sick. And to top it all off, I had to sit there and listen to my cat howl and cry the whole time she got her shots. However I will mention that the vet assistants are very friendly and actually seem to care about the animals that come in. Dr. Nasir, not so much.

If you want your pet to be cared for by professionals who love your pet almost as much as you do, go to the White Oaks Animal Hospital! They went waaay over and above to help my bunny get well! I wouldn't take my four-legged baby anywhere else!

Had a very good experience there. New staff, but for the better as they have to be the friendliest people ever!! Dr. Nasir explained things thoroughly and I was not oversold on anything! Could use an updated waiting room and a new carpet in the front but I recommend this place to anyone who wants an honest answer to the questions you have about your pet with great care.

The staff and vets were very nice and polite, as for their knowledge on treating guinea pigs; not so good. They did what they could to treat our guinea pig of mange but despite the fact that they said they treated exotic animals, they needed the help of a text book and instructions to do so. Not only that but the needles the vet injected into my pet paralyzed his leg. Overall they are nice people that care for the health of your pet, but only visit them if you have a dog or a cat.

Nice clinic, helpful staff. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Got the sense they actually cared about my dog. There has been some staff turn over, but only for the better IMO

I was at White Oaks Animal Hospital with my dog.Staff was very nice and provide great service.Its a very nice and clean facility. Dr Nasir was very patient and Explained every thing nicely. I will recommended to other people.
