I took my now 8yr old dog to this vet back when he was a pup. I will never forget how badly i was treated there me as well as my now dog. He never took the time to get my then pup to get use to him wasnt friendly at all just jerked my pup out of my hand by his neck and the pups nails cut the vet who was hurting my pup. The pup was scared and the vet was in such a rush to get done he just jerked my small dog around as if he were a rag doll. He then tells me that i should put him down asap and he is a very dangous dog. I didnt blame my pup at the time for clawing him, he scared him and hurt him. What else could my pup could have done. I left there in tears that day, as soon as i got home i called around and now my dog goes to the hillside clinic they are awsome there. I just want to add that Dr.Dibbern held my pup the whole time by his neck while checkin him over. All the kids who come and visited my house play with my dog. i wish i knew about this site back then. They need to be shutdow

Suggested extreme treatment (total confinement and surgery) for a young dog without an xray. On second opinion and xray, it turned out the lameness was from stretching to lick at a skin allergy. Excessive charges from medication which I returned after determining the same dose and ingredients could be bought at Walmart for $18.

I will never see Dr. Dibbern or his staff again. Like the previous posting, he also muzzled my dog, and offered unnecessary surgery on 3 occasions. He should be removed from practice, and I'm not putting that lightly. Our dog would have died twice under his care: once for overanesthesia, and once for dehydration. Never again.
