The vet at this clinic is extremely rude, unprofessional and has a very poor work ethic with me. She discriminated me because I was part of the rescue program and getting a discount for the spay. She examined my pet without my consent and charged me a fee without my consent, and pressured me to treat my pet through her clinic. Then she accused me of being negligent with my pet because I was questioning what she was telling me was wrong with my pet. Why am I signing a document saying I have “declined extra services” if she is going to go ahead without my consent and examine and expect treatment for something I did not give consent for?! Then this vet accused me of being unfair to the clinic and shamed me infront of her staff and kicked me out and banned me from the low cost program!!! I am now not allowed to go to this clinic to get my 4 babies treated and spay/neutered. She is forcing me to pay full price elsewhere!! This vet needs mental health counselling! I’m sad for my kittens!

Our pets (including the ones we foster for a local rescue)have always received great care here. We recently had to put our cat to sleep, which was unexpected and devastating but the folks at the clinic - every single one of them - made it as painless a procedure as possible for us. I cannot thank them enough - hence the glowing review.

The care and compassion displayed by Dr More and staff when we had to euthanize Cj was second to none.

The vets in the clinic work incredibly hard and put in lots of overtime. Our vet Carla is the most caring vet and will work hard to fit in our pet on short notice. The staff has worked hard to improve their customer service and even stayed a few minutes late to allow us to pick up pet food.

We have a bulldog; whom at times can be stubborn; but our vet is incredibly patient with our dog. Front desk staff for the most part are friendly and approachable, with the exception of a few moments. The clinic itself would not be describled as 'perfect' and is often more dirty then I would like; however I appreciate good care over a pretty clinic. We have been known to wait for up to half an hour to get in for needles etc. (Not unlike a 'people' clinic) Overall we will continue to come to Virden despite living about 40 minutes away, and having a number of clinics about the same distance to choose from.

It is the best vets around the area. Has the best vets they are very helpful! Will go there ever time.

Filthy premises. Found a used syringe and needle on the bathroom floor! Decades old ground-in dirt is everywhere, have found blood on the floor of examining room more than once. Staff often grumpy and unfriendly. I've waited 45 minutes just to check my pet in for scheduled procedures. One callous vet in particular engages her mouth before her brain. Harsh, insensitive and unapproachable. Just the qualities you look for in a vet. If you can go elsewhere for small animal vet services, do.
