i cannot say how much this vet means to my wife and i we have had to say good bye to 2 cats at this vets and have had the best care ever in the 9 years we lived on the sunshine coast. Dr Dilday and Dr Gillespie and Julie at the front desk plus Ramona who has now retired are wonderful people. we have moved to Vancouver and when they heard of our cat scooter passing away they sent flowers to us. even though we left the coast in November. great vets highly recommend them.

I had a great experience at this clinic. The staff was kind and they really listened to my concerns. They treated my dog and followed up with me to make sure he was doing well. Pet care is expensive and I got what I paid for!! I would never recommend choosing a vet based on cheap prices.

Cost far too high; expensive tests ordered regardless of diagnosis

took my dog for what I suspected pulled muscle they dismissed my concern after telling me they suspect her spine was collapsing a and a $1500.00 bill for a some tests and 2 office visits and I told them I could not afford to pay for testing with out a conclusive diagnosis and ask if they could just try the muscle relaxant and bam the next day the dog was fine after a week and taking the dog off the muscle relaxant she was fine a year later shes still fine total rip off and just a cash grab

I was overcharged: $60 for a 2 minute inadequate exam. Then presented with an estimate of $2500 for a procedure, and charged twice the going rate for antibiotics. They spent more time preparing the estimate than examining the dog. When I compared the price of the antibiotics with London Drugs, include dispensing fees, I politely called it to their attention suggesting they made an error. They sent me a cheque for the difference and told me to never come back. A subsequent trip to Atlas in Vancouver revealed that The Landing's diagnosis was incorrect. It turned out no procedure was necessary and time proved that to be true.
