Staff at this clinic has NO compassion and lacks bed side manner. Will not ever go there again!!

Dr. Budd was very good during our visit yesterday with our three year old Lab. He (our dog) loved her to death, even giving her 'hugs'. She was patient and very thorough in going over our dog. He was in for several things... Annual immunization, general health checkup, dry skin (mid-winter), and an ear infection that he developed recently. I liked how she took her time to explain everything to us, didn't guess on what was in our dog's ear (took a swab and examined it under microscope), and didn't push a bunch of unnecessary treatments or drugs. We left with a simple ear drop prescription for his ear, which already seems to be working within 24 hours, and were told simply to give him an omega 3-6 supplement (same as humans use) for his dry skin. We were very happy, will be returning to the GP Animal Hospital and will request Dr. Budd from now on :-). The cost of the vet visit seemed reasonable as well. They don't come across as another business first 'greedy' vet clinic.
