Every time I go to this clinic, whether for food or vet help, I am truly impressed. The initial greeting at the door is always cheerful and helpful, I have full confidence in the vets and their advice, and although the price may be a little higher than other places, I believe I get value for my money. It is nice to go to a place where I am appreciated as a client and my pets are truly cared for. Finally, a vet clinic where I can call and actually speak directly to my vet, if needed! How refreshing!

I would recommend this clinic to everyone. Dr Pierre Gagnon is very good. He cared a lot about my dog. I'm truly happy to have this clinic not that far from home. Even if it was, it would certainly not change my choice of going there for any service concerning one of my pets. A+++

I have used this vet for several years,and three pug dogs.Dr.Pierre Gagnon is the WORST doctor in that building.I have continued to go because Dr.Hemmings is the best vet around but Dr.Gagnon owns the practice and he has absolutely NO regard for the care of your animal.It's clear his intention is financial.On October 10/12,I brought my 5 year old Pug in with allergies.He has had these allegies before and was given the same meds yearly for his problem, noted in his file.Dr Hemmings was not working that day so I had to see Dr Gagnon.I have had a bad experience with him in the past but was truly desperate as my dogs ears were terribly infected.He prescribed 2 bottles of new pills saying they are important for the recovery of the bacterial and viral infections of his ears.The pills have made my dog worse-trembling,dizzy, crying,anxious.I call to tell them and request the same pills as last year and he will not refund or credit teh 100 pills he gave and wants to charge me $50 for new pills!
