Dr. Soliman is a very kind, compassionate and honest vet. On the morning of New Years Eve, my rabbit Buster was in a lot of pain, had trouble walking/standing and also had a lot of diarrhea. Since the normal vet we see was not in on that day, we had to take Buster to a doctor. After calling many hospitals and being declined because they don't deal with exotics, or because they're closed, I called Erin Folk Animal Hospital and Dr. Soliman let us bring Buster to be examined. Both he and the vet tech Vanessa handled Buster with lots of care although he was in pain. It turned out that Buster had injured one of his back legs. Dr. Soliman gave us instructions on how to let Buster heal, and diarrhea medicine which is working well. The bill was surprisingly affordable considering it was an emergency visit, and buster had xray done and was given medicine. I'm so grateful for Dr. Soliman's and Vanessa's help. They saved our New Years Eve and we cannot thank them enough.

we transferred from a clinic in Toronto to Erinfolk and have both of our dogs treated by Dr Sam and team ..... the dogs are even boarded here when we travel. I trust Dr Sam and team with our girls and I am at ease for all treatments.

Dr. Solomon is unsure of himself and never gives a straight answer.I have spent so much money on unwanted medications, x-rays, etc. The staff is very friendly and office is very clean but the vet is not reliable. Every visit has cost me hundreds of dollars. I would not recommend him if you are looking for a new vet.

I have been working at the Humane Society for over a year and have seen my fair share of vets. Dr. Soliman is by far a rarity. He is the most caring, compassionate and professional vet I have come across in a LONG time. He tries very hard to save you money anyway he can and he truly cares about you and your pet. I have many animals and have been using the same vet for over 7 years but after meeting Dr. Soliman the switch to his practice was a no brainer. He even offered to help out anyway he can with our shelter doing low cost surgeries. I cannot say enough about this vet!

Do not go to this Vet for Dental work. They do not do dental x-rays. 3 months ago my cat had dental surgery and the vet said she had an abscess on her gums. After the operation she was put on medication and it did not get rid of the abscess. The Vet wanted me to go to a dental specialist which would of cost lots of money. My cat had trouble eating and her gums would bleed. I could not bare to see her suffering so I had to put her to sleep. I brought her to a different vet for this and when he looked in her mouth there was a hard bump on her gums. He said it looked like a tumor or a root was still there. I had no choice but to put her down because she would not make it through another operation if it was a root still in there. If it was a tumor there is nothing that could be done. Please do not use this Vet for Dental surgery as he does not do x-rays. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I think he was just in it for the money.

We are new to Dr. Sam and all I can say is wow!! What an amazing man!!! He not only loves his job but he loves the animals he cares for. Both my husband & I were blown away by the fact that he spent over an hour with our puppy. Something I have never seen with other vets. Dr Sam took the time to explain EVERYTHING clearly. I didn't leave his office confused or with a 1000 questions...unlike other vets we have used. We look forward to bringing our other animals to meet Dr. Sam. We have finally found our family Dr for our fur babies!! <3 Thank you Dr Sam!!!

Dr. Soliman and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, caring, and gave many tips when I took my scared dog there for the first time. My dog is very aggressive and usually attempts to bite whoever tries to pet him, Dr.Soliman was holding him, petting him with no problem at all, I have never seen my dog adjust to anyone like that before. This was a really nice appointment, I truly recommend this clinic, you will not be disappointed! Thanks! :)

Dr. Soliman is kind,compassionate and caring.Searching for a new vet for a 2nd opinion for my dog proved to be a worthy experience. I am blessed to have found Dr.Soliman through vetratingz.com. He put my mind at ease from the minute I walked through the door, and my dog immediately liked him, (and his dog Muffin). He takes the time to listen to clients concerns, answers questions,and provides clear explanations to the recommended course of treatment.Thank you for taking us as a new patient Dr. Soliman!

Dr. Sam Soliman and his assitant Nikki literally saved my cat-Nurr's life over holidays/New Years. Our 16 year old cat (who detested going to her former vet) through up blood and was aneroxic. Dr. Soliman indicated she was very ill and after an xray and a few tests, determined a course of action. After 2 days her condition was worse-he called in Nikki on her day off-which was New Year's Eve to look after sick Nurr. She drove over 40 km without hesitation and announced she was just doing her job. Dr. Soliman obviously is passionate about his profession and his bedside manner is amazing. Not only did he calm our skittish cat, he calmed me down! I was upset at possibly losing our Nurr. I highly recommend anyone who is seeking medical attention or maintenance for their pet-extended family to contact Dr. Soliman. He is not only a Doctor, but a beautiful human being -as well as his assistant Nikki.
