This vet seemed perfect, but when I needed them most they turned thier back on my animal. They were there they had not started any other procedures they could have helped. I told them she was very ill and may die without help. When I said to the receptionist/tech what am i supposed to do try to find another vet in the are who would see her said "Yes you could" The vet said to me when she arrived five minutes later well I could put her under and take the x-ray but if she needs surgery I can not do it I am busy this afternoon I have to go visit a friend in the hospital. Not I am busy i have other surgery's that are emergencies that I could understand . So my pet may have to give her life for this . Luckily another vet with who I am not a customer opened their hearts to our cat and are helping her. Yes they did have other customers but they made time. This vet found every reason why they could not to help save her life and not one reason why they could help a long term customer.
