I took my little dog in very sick and ended up waiting ten hours, Dr Scott was very sweet and did the best she could with being under staffed, she offered options and had very clear financial understanding, she also called the next day to see how he was, however when I came back three days later with concerns I met with Dr Ritchie who I found indifferent and rude and basically said that if I couldn't afford to keep him there under care I should look at euthanasia, she then took his temperature said there was nothing more to offer and charged me 60.00 for the service. If you are looking for care and compassion do not see this woman!! I left there feeling like all she cared about was getting money from me, I am not sure who runs this facility but they need to have a hard look at staffing and offer more training. The only reason I would ever go back is to see Dr. Scott.

Dr. Kamura was rude and overcharged us. I actually heard her yelling at a receptionist infront of us and several other people waiting to be seen. She was having A TEMPER TANTRUM!!! Never have I seen such an unprofessional "doctor" in my life. I do not know how anyone could work in such a place and I feel sorry for the receptionists especially.

This vet is horrible! After taking my dog of 12 years to this vet they did x-rays and sent me home with medication saying he has a fracture in her paw. Once she was finished the medication she was not acting any better so I returned to this vet they did blood work, more x-Ray you name it they did it all at my expense, after 2 months of back and forth try this try that nonsense she ended up having a kidney infection but with all the run around that it took for them to find the issue it was to late and the antibiotics were not working she was to sick and we ended up having to put her down. I believe that this vet is the reason that we had to put our poor baby down if they would have done their job in the first place and found the issue without weeks and weeks of run around so believe she would still be with is today! Bad bad vet! If you love your pet like family DO NOT go to this vet clinic!

My puppy was sent here for X-rays and after being charged an emergency exam (coming in from a referral from our normal vet) I was charged hundreds of dollars OVER the top estimate I was given with the excuse they had to do more things to her because of her size (they knew her weight before they gave me the estimate) they gave her HORRIBLE razor burn and when I was calling to see what progress they made the receptionist (who was quite snotty and stuck up) said shed have the vet call... TWO AND A HALF HOURS LATER I called back and STILL no answers!! We ended up having to go to another vet (that they set up) and they called to see how she was doing?!? UNORGANIZED AND UNCARING! NEVER GOING BACK! If you value your pets and want half decent service DON'T GO HERE!!!!

Poor service..indifferent staff. I was sent to this clinic for a referal xray and they tried to charge for an exam. Waited with the crying cat for 30 minutes past my appointment time in an empty wait room.
