I have been taking my pets to Dr. Willis (all the vets at Great Oaks are excellent) for 10 years. She and her staff are simply the best there is. She never rushes me out the door and I am always confident that my pets are given the best possible care.

Dr. Kelli Grimm is awesome - very kind and compassionate. My cat actually likes going to the vet! I never feel rushed when I am there and can ask any question and never feel stupid. The staff is great and the hospital is always clean and smells good and I feel that the level of care is great.

Dr. Lisa Willis is fantastic. She is caring, knowledgeable, compassionate. Good with humans and canines. There are at least five vet clinics within 5 minutes of us but we drive 25 minutes one way to see her. The staff is great. The waiting area and exam rooms are clean. Highly recommended.
