I found the receptionist was not very friendly. No one even acknowledged my dog. There was a dried pee spot on the floor and when I mentioned it, it was kind of blown off. There was an unpleasant odour as well. The doctor was fine and did address my concerns but I did leave feeling like they really didn't care one way or another about my dog. The pee spot was still on the floor when I left. I think I'll find another clinic.

Have been to many vet clinics throughout Edmonton but I always bring my pets here for the most important procedures. They are on the pricier side of care but you get what you pay for. The staff if very friendly and most important are very respectful to the animals and you can tell they care about what they do. Because they are a hospital, they offer up about any tests or treatment that you could possibly want and the vets will always follow up with you if you request something that they may not have. Overall I recommend the place completely.
