I would rate this clinic a zero! The staff is rude and more interested in their cell phones than the patients. They are rude on the phone and they have zero compassion. I would never use this clinic again - ever.

I was disgusted to hear about the treatment my friend received yesterday when she called in begging for an appointment to have her dying & suffering dog put to sleep. The receptionists attitude was completely unsympathetic! My friend was told they had no time for her or her suffering dog. Then she was told that if her beloved dog died before the appointment she was given for the next day, but that she was welcome to ‘bring in his body for disposal’. My best friend was then forced to make the 90 minute drive to Kamloops while distraught & crying with her best friend and long time companion dying in the back seat of her car. How would your clinic have felt if you had found out that my friend had crashed her car because she couldn't see through her tears? I think that would've been 100% your company's fault!
To the receptionist who treated my friend this way, SHAME ON YOU! How dare you treat someone who is so obviously suffering with such disrespect?!

Great clinic. Wanted to thank Dr. Ross Dickinson and staff for attending to our dog while on holidays up at Loon Lake. Although Murphy normally has no love of a vets office, in Dr. Ross' hands he was very comfortable with the procedure. Dr. Ross took his time to explain the procedure to us and was professional and reassuring. I would certainly recommend this clinic. Many thanks.

Drs Quinn, Shauna & Ross are excellent they take time with you and your pet. They go above & beyond to do whatever they can to help. Vet tech Kara-Lee and Patty are really helpful especially when you need meds for your pet. They also take time to talk to your pet and they always ask after them when you call.
