Staff is really good as are the Doctors. But since their move to a new location prices are super high across the board and I have found them leaning more towards big Pharma way more reluctant to offer lower cost options. In this economy we still have to live too.

THE REASON FOR THE BAD REVEIW IS: 1ST THE FRONT STAFF ARE RUDE AND SLOW AS**** VETS ARE NICE BUT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU BY DOING UNNESSARY TEST AND CALLING YOU BACK IN ALL THE TIME FOR RECALL VISITS WHEN NOT NESSESARY AND CHARGE YOU UP THE BUTT FOR IT TOO. THE PLACE IT SELF IS OK/CLEAN NOTHING REALLY BAD TO SAY ABOUT THAT. 3RD OFF I COULD BE THE ONLY ONE IN THERE AND STILL HAVE TO WAIT THERE FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR AN SIMPLE EYE INVECTION. RIDICULOUS.IT TOOK THEM 20 MINS TO GET ME CLEAR EYES NATURAL TEARS (ALREADY PKGD) FOR MY DOG. NO ONE ELSE THERE. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERY LITTLE THING EVEN UNNESSESARY TESTS THAT YOU NEVER EVEN ASKED FOR. I HAVE BEEN USING THIS VET FOR 5 YRS AND ITS ONLY THE LAST 2 THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DISAPOINTING ME - I HAVE NOTICED THEIR BUSINESS LOSS AS WELL. THIS IS PROBABLY WHY. IT IS NOT BECUZ OF A CHANGE IN STAFF EITHER SAME PEOPLE WRK THERE AS THERE ALWAYS HAS BEEN.

We have been clients of this vet clinic since November 2001, we have always received top notch service and advice on our cats and their health.

The ONLY reason I gave a not so good review, for staff is because of the bad experience I have had with one of their vets, Dr. Emma Park, The Vet techs, And front girls are top notch ladies, Im sorry I have to say this But after years of useing this Vet clinic, I am no longer going to use them, They have had a revolving door of Veterinarians latley, Since doctor kaunchu, and doctor morgantinni have left the service has been terrible, These new vets have no care for your animal, They dont do follow up calls after you have gotten blood work, They don't return follow up calls when you animals Medications are not working, I am just finding them to be really unproffesinal

I have been to this clinic with my dogs, my first experience was good, we had a male vet that was really good! That was 1 1/2 yeas ago. This time we seen dr. Leger, and this time I didn't have a good experience! I understand that vets need to charge for procedures, but I felt like she was trying to run up my bill as much as she could for my 1 dogs ear infection! I then asked her to look at my puppies nail which was separated from her paw! She didn't even look, just said its fine just as long as its not infected and said I could soak it in Epsom salts. So that's what I did ( remember she never even looked) a week after, her paw was still bleeding and started getting a little red, I called and explained that she had not looked at it and it was getting worse. They wanted to book me in, so I asked could she just have a look to see if it needed attention? They said no, need a appointment. I went to a rural vet, and they are so much better, the care was about my dog, not there pay day!

My family has been taking our pets here for 25+ years. They currently see my 5-year-old dog and my mom's two cats. All the doctors are friendly and I feel like they go above and beyond when you need them!

I take my cats here every couple of months to get their nails trimmed. The staff is always kind and helpful and I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. I used to take my cats for yearly shots as well but because they are indoor cats, they actually recommended that they didn't need to have them done every year (as one of my cats got sick once). When I brought my cat back the next day after her shot with the flu, they looked at her for free and I only had to pay for her medication. They truly care about animals and they know what they are talking about!

I have taken my animals to a few different clinics over the years and by far this is the best care they have received. All the staff have been so helpful and they really care. My cat had to have surgery and the cost was very reasonable, much more so than the last clinic we were at. The follow up was great as well. I will certainly continue to bring my fur babies here.

I have been taking my 2 dogs to see Dr. Morgantini for approx. 2 years with a variety of issues. She is a wonderful, caring Doctor who's opinion I trust. She actually takes the time to call you personally with test results, always ensuring you have a complete understanding of the issues that are being addressed. I have been to MANY different clinics and was never impressed until I started going to this clinic. I have also seen Dr. Konschuh when Dr. Morgantini was away, and he is also a very good doctor who takes his time in the appointment and doesn't try to rush you out the door. I am very impressed with this clinic / staff and would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is seeking a new Vet. My Mom also takes her furry girl to this clinic, and couldn't be happier :0)

Dr. Morgantini is fantastic, she has such empathy for your pet. Her voice is soothing. I would not go anywhere else. The prices are within range of others.

If you're willing to spend inflated prices for pet care and services, then this is the clinic for you. Staff love to play the guilt and emotion card with pet owners - be wary and always bring in another person along with you.
