Always feel taken advantage of and overcharged. Feel rushed with little compassion for the animals and its all about the money for them.

Was not impressed with the treatment she gave my dog, very impersonal and no communication with dog Bbefore Christmas my dog was diagnosed with a condiiton that she said was not life threatening and put on meds. I was concerned about a distended belly but nothing was done about that. My dog passed away a two weeks after his last visit to her. Spoke to other people in the community and they said the hospital has gone down hill in recent years. Think they're more concerned about making the big bucks. think they need to improve their bedside manor and show some tenderness to the pets they're treating, after all most of our pets are like children to us.
