I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Burn for 14 years and am well satisfied with her service. The staff is very kind and treats everyone like family. Dr. Burn introduced me to an insurance plan which has saved me a lot of money. Dr. Burn has tremendous follow-up to make sure your pet is doing well. I highly recommend her and Floresta Animal Hospital.

Dr. Burns is absolutely wonderful! She takes her time and is genuinely interested in your animal's health. I have always been very pleased with her and her staff. Their kindness and professional ethic go beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Dr. Burns and her staff to care for your beloved pet!

desk staff very good. assistant not knowledgeable about food also not very good with animals. dragged my dog out the door to get her nails cut! the doctor was the worst she while she gave my dog her exam she commented that my dog had an infection making eye contact with the assistant(like look at this while ruffly cleaning my dogs ear. she told me how thin my dog was I then told her what I feed my dog and that I also leave dry food down for them. It was like she treated me like i abuse my animals! she in the waiting room the dr pointed out to a patient that had an over weight dog "too bad we couldn't talke her fat and give it to these dogs!" I was shocked to be treated like I don't take care of my dogs with their enuendos. she also tried to give her dog treats to my dogs and they wouldn't eat them. they don't eat crappie snacks that they had! and their fees are too much. If your looking for a doctor that is kind,caring and considerate look somewhere else you'll be dissapointed here.
