I took my dog to be euthanized,a dog that had been a part of our family for 16 years. I filled out all the required paperwork for a "private" cremation because we, of course, wanted his ashes back. I promised my 5 year old we would plant a tree with some of them, so we could watch it grow and remember Monty. Long story short, the office did not "tag" our fur baby properly. Which means his body got sent off for "mass" cremation instead. Yes, they gave us a partial refund (the amount we paid for the cremation). However, that is little consolation considering that, due to their error, we will never get our baby back. I will never be back to this office.

Dr. Jodi Sexton is a kind and compassionate vet. She and the staff are caring and professional. Excellent facility.
